The Salon

• The salon has been rearranged to allow social distancing

• Every surface will be cleaned with sanitiser between appointments

• All items of equipment will be disinfected before and after every service

• Disposable gowns and towels will be used at all times

• Only takeaway style drinks will be served

• We may amend opening hours and days to deal with demand

The Team

• All team members are trained to care for our customers in a safe, hygienic and professional manner

• We have agreed social distancing for our team in communal staff areas

• Staff will wear face coverings at all times and wash / sanitise hands after every client interaction

• Staff have been briefed to not attend the salon if they have any Covid-19 symptoms or if someone in there household is self isolating

Client Arrival & Reception

• Please wait outside the salon until called in

• Appointment times will be staggered

• Clients must minimise what they bring as you will be asked to keep all belongings with you

• Please attend your appointment alone

• We will not provide any reading material so please bring along a book or magazine

• Please pay with card or cashless means

• Colour development areas will be arranged to adhere to social distancing

We Ask Our Clients To

• Please arrive on time, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment if you are late

• We Will Check and update your full contact details for contact tracing

• All hair will be washed before any service

• Wear a face mask at all times – 1 Will be provided if you do not have one

• To use the hand sanitiser on entry and at any time you wish while in the salon

• To contact us and rearrange your appointment at no additional cost if you have any Covid-19 symptoms or if any household member is self isolating
